On Tuesday, December 19, the House and Senate passed the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. This tax overhaul has major implications for all 501(c)(3) nonprofits. The tax reform bill will reduce charitable giving, eliminate the ACA’s individual mandate, create new taxes on certain nonprofit activities, and more. Anne will discuss the changes and how they will impact your organization.
