Are the “rules” for dealing with ethical issues different for lawyers than for non-lawyer directors or executives? Are the consequences of bad ethical decisions different depending on your position with the organization?

This webinar will talk about the benefits of developing an organizational culture of ethical behavior.  Through a series of hypothetical cases, it will deal with the special issues facing “the lawyer on the board”, fundraising issues, confidentiality and honesty in presentation, activities of “political” charities, fiduciary duties of present and former directors, and more.

If you have 4+ individuals interested in viewing the webinar, please have one individual register selecting the group screening rate then send a list of all individuals viewing the webinar (including their email addresses) to tish@pano.org.

Materials & Login/Call-In Instructions:
Materials (PowerPoint and other handouts), along with instructions on how to login and call-in, will be emailed to attendees a few days prior to the date of the webinar. PANO uses Zoom as our webinar platform; you can familiarize yourself with Zoom and/or join a test meeting prior to these sessions.

Can’t attend? All webinar registrants will receive a recording of the webinar following the live session!
