This webinar will talk about the benefits of developing an organizational culture of ethical behavior.  Through a series of hypothetical cases, it will deal with the special issues facing “the lawyer on the board”, fundraising issues, confidentiality and honesty in presentation, activities of “political” charities, fiduciary duties of present and former directors, and more.
