Then join us for this webinar where we will introduce and explore a broadly-based conception of risk management, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). Although ERM has become a familiar discipline in the world of large, for-profit entities, it’s still gaining traction in the nonprofit sector. And although some nonprofit leaders have attempted to implement ERM using a standard framework, many others have found that adapting aspects of ERM to suit their mission, culture, and circumstances yields a better return.

During the webinar Melanie will offer lessons and insights from her experience advising diverse nonprofit teams how to create manageable, mission-supporting ERM capabilities. You’ll also learn how to implement ERM using ‘quick start,’ ‘measured start’, and ‘slow burn’ approaches. If you’re wondering whether a broader, more focused approach to risk management may help your nonprofit take bolder risks, you won’t want to miss this webinar.

PANO uses Zoom as our webinar platform; you can familiarize yourself with Zoom and/or join a test meeting prior to these sessions.
