If all nonprofits have one thing in common, it’s that they run on people power. Sure, most organizations require all kinds of other resources to operate – funding, facilities, technology – but it’s the paid and unpaid staff we rely on to identify, cultivate, and leverage those resources. It’s no surprise, then, that nonprofit leaders ranked “staffing and volunteer challenges” among their top four priorities to address in 2018, according to the Nonprofit Financial Priorities Benchmark 2018 Survey. Perhaps you are one of those leaders, wondering how to support a diverse workforce at your organization, how to attract top talent, how to retain the talent you’ve already got on your team. Let’s figure this out together! Join PANO, the Regional Foundation Center, and Villanova University for “The Power of People”, a half-day event featuring networking, a panel discussion, and workshops that will help us uncover strategies for investing in our most valuable resource – the people responsible for meeting our missions. |
