Community Outreach and Strategic Planning Specialist Jane E’del presents this outreach with stories from her investigative years, answers to your burning FMLA questions, and lots of resources. Don't worry - Wage and Hour will not start an investigation into your business practices if you are seeking information on how to be in compliance. Here’s what we’ll cover, with plenty of time for your own FMLA questions and issues:

• How to avoid common violations
• How to manage intermittent leave
• Whether leave for workers compensation is also considered FMLA leave
• When a parent is eligible to take FMLA for an adult child
• And so much more!
