Do you have questions about the unique role of your nonprofit’s Board of Directors? What are the functions of the board that cannot be delegated to management? This short session will complement your organization’s orientation process and will be beneficial for both new and experienced board members as well as those advancing into executive leadership positions. Join PANO and nonprofit governance expert Janet Unger to gain valuable insights that will reduce potential misunderstandings about your nonprofit board.

  • Get clarity about the collective role of the Board of Directors

Materials & Login/Call-In Instructions:
Materials (PowerPoint and other handouts), along with instructions on how to login and call-in, will be emailed to attendees a few days prior to the date of the webinar. PANO uses Zoom as our webinar platform; you can familiarize yourself with Zoom and/or join a test meeting prior to these sessions.
