Consulting 101: A Nonprofit’s Guide to Hiring Outside Help Presented by: Stephanie Cory, Consultant Offered in Partnership with: Stephanie Cory |
Nonprofits often need assistance beyond the capability of current staff. Whether it’s help with fundraising, board governance, strategic planning, or program evaluation, a critical question is: do you hire a consultant or do you expand your in-house staffing abilities? This webinar will help you answer that and more!
In this session, nonprofit consultant and member of PANO’s Consultant Collaborative Stephanie Cory will provide tips for finding the best fit for your needs, help you determine your project scope, and share where you can find prospective partners. We’ll also cover alternative selection methods to a formal RFP process, what criteria to consider when engaging a consultant or contractor, and how to manage expectations along the way (both your expectations and those of prospective consultants/contractors).
At the end of our time together, you will be able to:
Let us help you find the help you need in 2023!
