  • The role of the board – and how to create role clarity for you, your board chair, and your board as a whole
  • The components of engagement, especially as it relates to your board
  • The governance and fiduciary responsibilities the board
  • Tools for building a relationship with individual board members and the board as a whole
  • Skills for building and maintaining a strong, trusting partnership with the board chair
  • A strategic framework for short- and long-term planning
  • And more!

Join for the camaraderie, join for the education, join for the fun – whatever your reason, we hope you’ll join us for this dynamic course!

Please note that registration is only available for the full five-session series. If you are unable to attend all five sessions in real time, recordings will be shared so you can catch up on what you miss. There will be some basic “homework” assigned in between sessions (light reading, reflective exercises, etc.).

Additionally, this is meant to be an interactive forum; attendees are highly encouraged to join by webcam and actively participate in the conversation. Due to the collaborative nature of these sessions, space will be limited to the first 15 registrants. Anyone beyond the first 15 will be added to a waiting list.
