Offered in Partnership with: Erie Together

Sponsored by: Commonwealth Consulting PartnersErie Insurance | Strategy Solutions, Inc.

We’ve all learned a lot since March 2020, collectively persevering through a global pandemic, political upheaval, civil unrest, and more. While we work to make COVID-19 a thing of the past, what still lies ahead is the journey toward more equitable, inclusive, and welcoming communities. But how do we get there? What does that mean here in the Erie region? And what role is there for each of us?

One place we can start is allyship. Simply put, allyship is about building relationships, supporting people. It’s not an identity or a state of being but a process.

Erie Together and PANO are proud to co-host this opportunity for citizens of the Erie region to come together for a morning of learning, exploration, and action. Together, we will:

  • Define allyship and what it looks like in action
  • Understand the role of allies in the workplace and in the community at large
  • Identify ways to prevent and address marginalization and racism
  • Practice how to build strategic relationships rooted in mutual trust and accountability
  • And more!

We hope you’ll be part of the conversation – because ALLyship starts with ALL of us.

NOTE: A copy of the recording will be distributed to all who attend the live conversation.
