*Registration for this program will close at 5 PM EST on Tuesday, June 8. Has the Urgent taken priority over the Important in your organization? Despite your best efforts to lead, do you feel like your staff or volunteers are all heading in different directions? You long for a plan, a unified course, a solid next step. But planning takes more time or money (or both!) than you have. And why bother when anything can change at any moment?
What if you could quickly set a strategic direction that can be applied and adapted over time? Now you can! In just two hours, you can learn a simple (and fun!) process for shaping your own strategic plan. You’ll experience online tools that will align your people with common direction while including diverse perspectives. And you’ll get instructions for using the tools over and over again on your own (online and in person).
You’ll learn to:
All we ask is that you do some simple pre-work (that you'll use in class) and that you come with some paper, colored pencils/pens, and your undivided attention for 2 hours. You’ll leave with everything you need to create a plan on your own, then assess and adapt your plan as “real life” happens.
Please note that this online immersive experience is designed to be interactive rather than lecture-based. For this reason, this program will NOT be recorded. Attendees are highly encouraged to join by webcam, with video on and good audio, to allow for active participation. If at all possible, please plan to join by laptop or computer, as joining by tablet or phone will limit your experience.
Let’s have some (strategic) fun!

*Registration for this program will close at 5 PM EST on Tuesday, June 8. Additionally, if you had previously seen information about scholarships for this event, courtesy of The Provident Bank Foundation, the pot has run dry! We're so glad so many nonprofit professionals in Bucks, Lehigh, and Northampton Counties were able to attend so many of our programs free of charge, and we hope to offer similar opportunities for others in the future.
Single Login Cost: Terms of Participation
Group Screening Cost (4-10 individuals): Terms of Participation
This option makes the most sense when you have 4-10 individuals interested in viewing the webinar. For fewer than 4 attendees, a single login ticket for each person is the most cost-effective option. For more than 10 attendees, please email Christina at christina@pano.org to discuss options.
