About the Facilitators: Teresa Kiplinger Throughout her 28-year career, Teresa has created award-winning design and information strategy for arts and culture + nonprofits across the U.S. Her work has been recognized by AIGA, AAF, The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts, and Communication Arts. She holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Kent State University and served on the Advisory Board for Kent’s Visual Communication Design program. She defected from the corporate agency world in 2004 when she co-founded FORM, choosing to use her award-winning skills to elevate worthy causes rather than sell products.
Rachel Kribbs Rachel has over a decade of experience in arts administration, higher education, and music performance, having held positions at The Cleveland Orchestra and Cleveland Institute of Music. She is currently the Account Executive at FORM where she leverages her background to understand the needs of nonprofits. Combined with her skills in marketing and communications, Rachel is uniquely adept at identifying ways in which nonprofits can increase revenue, reach more patrons, and amplify their missions. Rachel holds a bachelor's degree from The Catholic University of America and a master’s degree from Cleveland Institute of Music. She is also an active marketing committee member and volunteer for her local CDC, LakewoodAlive.
