Mindfulness as Heartfulness for Tough Times Presented by: Denina Bautti, Founder & Owner, Sage Action Consulting Offered in Partnership with: Sage Action Consulting |
Free 30-minute webinar for all ages to calm your brain
Opening your heart to love and kindness toward yourself and others is the essence of mindfulness practice. We are experiencing a time in history when it can be a daily struggle just to stay present, let alone meet life with an open heart. This webinar will help grow the seeds of compassion. It includes a short talk and guided loving-kindness meditation led by the presenter. It is designed for all ages, so kids (and pets) are welcome while many of us continue to work from home. Resources, including links to other guided meditations and websites, are shared with participants, and the webinar is recorded for later access.
