Description

Everything is New Again – Arts & Culture Cohort
Wednesdays, June 3, 10, 17, 24 | 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM | 4-Part Online Cohort Series

Presented by: Ifeoma Aduba, Principal, The Mudita Collective, and member, PANO’s Consultant Collaborative

Offered in Partnership with: The Mudita Collective

As you and I contemplate what it means to “reopen,” there seems to be more questions than answers. What will good look like – for my organization, my staff, my stakeholders, my community? What guidelines are we considering (local/state laws, health guidelines, medical benchmarks)? What will it take to feel safe? What will it take to prepare my staff? Am I prepared?

We have spent weeks alone. Let’s come together – you and I – to explore what we can come up with together.

Join PANO’s Arts & Culture Cohort, led by Ifeoma Aduba with The Mudita Collective, and explore key questions with the support of resources and your peers. Topics will be determined by the group and may include:

  • Program delivery and design
  • Human Resources
  • Finances
  • Staffing
  • Facilities

When you register, we will ask for a brief bio, a phone number you are comfortable sharing with the group, and an email address you are comfortable sharing with the group.

Criteria for Participation:

  • Availability and commitment to participate in 90-minute, structured, weekly sessions for four (4) weeks
  • Willingness to share personal learnings and need
  • Openness to finding answers together

PANO’s Cohort Model

Various types of organizations are critical to community health; our initial cohort focuses on subsectors that may not fall into “essential” services.

Designed for listening and learning together—for participants and also for PANO’s broader learning.

  • Cohorts are limited to 10 participants (thus, the importance of your availability for all four sessions).
  • No more than two (2) individuals can sign up from each organization.
  • Sessions will include 1-2 students from Villanova University, who will help with technology, note-taking, and between-session research to locate various tools and resources requested by participants.
  • Sessions will be confidential but recorded for the purposes of sharing among group members only.

Please note that this cohort model is a truncated version of a longer-term, 12-month cohort model offered at less than half of the typical cost to provide a flexible response to the Novel Coronavirus pandemic.

Single Login Cost:
$180 for PANO Members | $400 for Not-Yet Members

Terms of Participation
Your purchase is good for one person to attend all four sessions of this cohort series. Please do not share your login information with others, as it may interfere with your ability to join. To maximize participation from multiple organizations, we are only able to accept two (2) participants from each organization in this cohort. If two (2) individuals from the same organization would like to participate, please ensure that each person registers rather than try to share or borrow one registrant’s login instructions.

Materials & Login/Call-In Instructions:
Materials (PowerPoint and other handouts), along with instructions on how to login and call-in, will be emailed to attendees a few days prior to the date of the first cohort meeting. PANO uses Zoom as our platform for connecting; you can familiarize yourself with Zoom and/or join a test meeting prior to these sessions. Attendees are highly encouraged to join by webcam, if possible, for maximum engagement.
