This session will focus on your annual giving campaign and how to make small changes that can help you identify, keep, and upgrade your donors. Learn the importance of segmentation, repetition, and multi-channel communications. This session will also offer ways to make your copy more compelling and encourage donors to increase giving. By the end of our time together, you’ll be able to:
Identify donor segments and appropriate approaches for each
Employ principles of behavioral economics in your solicitations
Develop a multi-channel annual giving campaign
